This is a discussion forum for those who cleared IBPS specialist officer exam and waiting for interview. Most of the time the selection process is following 1:4 ratio and getting through it requires hard work as interview score is having that much importance in final selection. Even candidates scored less mark also can get final selection if they perform well for the interview.
The pattern of interview varies from person to person for some people it may be just family related and general questions but most of the time subject related knowledge matters.Here I will be updating mainly subject related awareness. General type of questions you can answer based on your attitude.
